Production & Order Disclaimers
At The Achiever’s Sports & Trophies Ltd., we are committed to providing quality products and reliable service. Please review the following information before placing or confirming an order.
1. Production Time
Our standard production time is approximately 3-5 business days after all required information, artwork, wording, payment or deposit, and customer approval have been received.
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on the size, quantity, complexity, customization, and availability of materials required for an order.
2. Rush Orders
Rush or same-day service is not guaranteed and is subject to our current production schedule, product availability, and the complexity of the order. Additional rush charges may apply where applicable.
3. Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, spelling, wording, logos, designs, quantities, sizes, colours, and other details before approving an order for production.
Once an approved personalized item has entered production, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply if the item must be reproduced.
4. Customer-Supplied Wording
To reduce errors, customers are encouraged to submit wording typed electronically via email or WhatsApp rather than handwritten.
The Achiever’s Sports & Trophies Ltd. will reproduce customer-supplied information based on the final approved version.
5. Artwork & Logo Quality
Customers should provide the highest-quality logo, photograph, crest, or artwork available. Low-resolution or poor-quality files may affect the appearance of the finished product.
Additional artwork, redesign, background removal, recreation, or formatting charges may apply where substantial graphic work is required.
6. Product Appearance
Due to differences in screens, lighting, photography, manufacturing batches, materials, and printing processes, the colour and appearance of finished products may vary slightly from photographs, digital proofs, website images, or previously supplied products.
Product photographs displayed on our website are for representation purposes. Minor variations in colour, finish, size, shape, or design may occur.
7. Product Availability & Substitutions
All products are subject to availability. If a selected trophy component, plaque, medal, award, or other material becomes unavailable, the customer will be contacted regarding an appropriate alternative before a significant substitution is made.
8. Personalized & Custom Orders
Because personalized products are produced specifically for the customer, customized, engraved, printed, or personalized items generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
This does not affect any rights a customer may have where a product is defective or where The Achiever’s Sports & Trophies Ltd. made an error.
9. Deposits, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders and begin production. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before or upon collection of the completed order, unless otherwise agreed by The Achiever’s Sports & Trophies Ltd.
Production will not commence until the required deposit, final wording, artwork, quantities, specifications, and other necessary order information have been received and approved.
Due to the customized nature of our products, deposits become non-refundable once design, engraving, printing, assembly, material preparation, or other production work has commenced.
Once a customized or personalized order has entered production, cancellations, changes of mind, or changes to an approved design or wording will not normally qualify for a refund of the deposit.
If a customer cancels an order before any design or production work has commenced, The Achiever’s Sports & Trophies Ltd. may review the circumstances and determine whether the deposit, or a portion thereof, can be refunded.
Personalized products that have been completed according to the customer’s approved specifications are not refundable or exchangeable due to a change of mind.
If an error is made by The Achiever’s Sports & Trophies Ltd., or a product is defective or does not correspond with the customer’s approved order, please notify us promptly. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Jamaican law.
10. Errors
If an error was made by The Achiever’s Sports & Trophies Ltd. and the finished product does not match the customer’s approved order, please contact us promptly so that the matter can be reviewed and appropriately resolved.
We are not responsible for errors contained in information or artwork that was supplied and subsequently approved by the customer.
11. Additional or Late Additions
Items added after the original order has entered production will be treated as an additional order and may require approximately 2-3 additional business days or longer, depending on the work required.
Customers are therefore encouraged to submit their complete order at one time.
12. Collection of Orders
Customers are encouraged to call or message us before travelling to collect an order to confirm that production has been completed and the order is ready for pickup.
A requested or estimated completion date should not be treated as confirmation that an order is ready for collection.
Once a customer has been notified that an order is ready, the order should be collected as soon as reasonably possible.
13. Uncollected Orders
Completed orders should be collected promptly once the customer has been notified that the order is ready.
Due to limited storage space, orders that remain uncollected for more than fourteen (14) days after notification may be considered abandoned and may be subject to disposal.
The Achiever’s Sports & Trophies Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer before disposing of an uncollected order.
Customers who are unable to collect within the 14-day period are encouraged to contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements.
Please note: Disposal of an uncollected order does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of any deposit or payment already made, subject to applicable Jamaican law.
14. Delays Outside Our Control
The Achiever’s Sports & Trophies Ltd. will make every reasonable effort to complete orders within the estimated timeframe.
However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, equipment failure, utility interruptions, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Where possible, affected customers will be informed of significant delays.
15. Website Pricing & Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information, photographs, descriptions, and pricing accurate and current.
However, prices, specifications, designs, and product availability may change without prior notice.
A quotation or order confirmation provided by The Achiever’s Sports & Trophies Ltd. should be used to confirm the final price and specifications of a custom order.
16. Copyright & Customer-Supplied Material
By submitting logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, or other materials for reproduction, the customer confirms that they have the necessary permission or authority to use those materials.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required authorization for copyrighted or trademarked material supplied for their orders.
Important notice
Please check all information carefully before approving your order.
Production begins based on the final approved wording, artwork, specifications, and quantity. Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the details submitted for production.
